Duck’s Yizkor Lights

WE always light candles on Yizkor. Depends on how many people we want to remember and how much light we can handle. It’s a Jewish custom to remember the dead. A cemetery visit would not hurt, but its geographical range is limited.

We also make a donation. By being better people, we elevate the memories of the dead, most of whom should not have died in vain.

Here, we honor and remember Sharon’s mother and father and mine. The middle candle is for all the people whom no one remembers, including all the people killed in Israel this year, all the people of Palestine killed this year and all the people killed in the Ukraine.

May there be peace.

Duckman Gets Another Wrap

With all the bad wraps I have felt, this  one helps my health. But there is a down side.

Along with my lymphoma comes swollen ankles. I retain water. If I don’t drink, my fluids are not  replenished and I cannot produce blood which I need (especially the red kind) without fluids. And if I drink the water, some goes to my legs, adding weight and numbness, thin skin, and impaired breathing. Hobson’s choice for which Docs have no answer.

Couldda Been More

Had dreams and thoughts, some more well thought out than others. A few came through after my removal. Too bad. I couldda helped make the system fairer, even though it doesn’t want to be.  I will always be a judicial mistreant. Never given a chance to defend myself before the public.

I Was Robbed

So, after determining I had done nothing wrong, except holding a recent reappointment, Rudy and his auto shop buddy, with support of a gang of unknowns by name and uniform, to me, got Pataki and Bruno to ask the COMMISSION to investigate me based on “they had heard things.” They knew the people who could do it.
My life got ruined, my career as a judge ended and we had to sell our home and move, to Vermont, where I found little love and more distrust/hatred.
I don’t have much of a life anymore except for Sharon and I am dying. No one cared and no one understood. Except for Ron Russo.
I used to be somebody. Now I am someone else. Them: To my friends, everything; to my enemies, THE LAW. Sing it: I fought the law and the law won. And everyone knows how fair and impartial the courts are!
By the way, has Trump been sentenced yet?
